The White House

The White House is the official workplace and residence of the President of the United States. Since John Adams, it has been the residence of every U.S. President. James Hoban is the architect of this place and it covers the floor area of 55,000 square feet. It was ranked second on the American Institute of Architects lists of America’s Favourite Architecture in 2007. The Lincoln Memorial
