The best time to visit Craiova is during the spring and autumn when the weather is mild and pleasant. Temperature at that time remains March-May (12-22C) and September-November (9-19C). 

The city can be quite hot during the summer months, so if you're not a fan of the heat, we recommend avoiding Craiova from June to August.
