History
The Albanian Civil Aviation Authority granted Albawings an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) in 2016, and after that, the airline scheduled its first flight to Genoa on August 1, 2016. Albawings is dedicated to providing the most affordable flights to and from Albania, while also giving a fascinating and enjoyable experience.

Check-in
Online Check-in feasibility is available on Albawings airlines and you can use the service from 15 days to 2 hours before departure time. However, passengers without an assigned seat can only check in within 24 hours to 2 hours before the departure for flight. If you have baggage, please don't forget to drop it at the check-in counters before departure.
Hand and Hold Luggage allowance
Passengers are allowed to bring hand baggage of a maximum of 10kgs with them. No one is allowed to bring a handbag exceeding 10kgs regardless of their tickets in the Basic, Optimum, and Comfort sections.
