Among Europe's most popular airlines is Air Serbia. As a matter of fact, it is the fourth biggest legacy carrier airline in South-Eastern Europe. History

Air Serbia was founded in 2013. As the legal successor of Aeroput (1927), Yugoslav Airlines (1947) and Jat Airways (2003), the airline has a long history. As a result of the breakup of Yugoslavia in the early 90s, the continuing growth of the company was disrupted.

Destinations

According to Air Serbia's website, as of May 2020, the carrier operates flights to 63 destinations in 32 countries, including {list_destinations}. Many other airlines, including Air Europa, Air France, LOT Polish Airlines, and many more, have codeshare agreements with them. Air Serbia has been a member of Etihad Airways Partners since 2014. Using their network, customers can travel to 400 destinations.

Fleet

The government of Serbia holds 51% of the company's shares. Air Serbia provides high-quality service in accordance with international standards. Check-in

Air Serbia flights can be checked in online. Check-in online opens 48 hours before departure. All flights except New York close baggage check-in 45 minutes before takeoff. On all flights, the boarding gate closes 20 minutes before the boarding time, except for flights from New York, which close 40 minutes before the boarding time.

Hand and Hold Luggage Allowance

There is a maximum weight limit of 23kg/50lb per bag in Economy Class, and each bag can weigh up to 23kg/50lb. A passenger flying in Business Class is allowed to take two bags with a maximum weight of 32kg/70lb each.

Classes of service and seats

Economy class: Among all airlines in the world, Air Serbia offers one of the cheapest economy classes. This class offers a wide range of services.
