Aeroitalia Flights

The Italian airline Aeroitalia Flight was created from the foresight of professionals in the field of air transport who had the vision to create a totally private airline. Rome is the headquarters of the company. The airline plans to fly to the United States and Latin America by 2023. They started flying to Malta and Zakynthos on July 9, 2022. 

History

Aeroitalia was launched by former Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport consultant Francesco Gaetano Intrieri, currently serving as the airline's CEO, and launched in 2022 under the name 'Flying in Italy'. Marc Bourgade, a French banker and former owner of Colombian airline Avianca, is believed to be the primary financier of AeroItalia, along with Germán Efromovich, the airline's president.

Fleet

There is an initial fleet of one Boeing 737-800 operated by Aeroitalia Flight that will be expanded by two aircraft of the identical type by the summer of 2022 to support charter and scheduled service in Europe.

Check-in

There is a possibility to check in online or at the airport with Aeroitalia Flight if you wish to do so. In addition to checking in online and printing or downloading their boarding pass, all passengers have the option of checking in online. The online check-in option is available 24 hours and up to 3 hours before the flight departs.

There must be sufficient time for the passenger to arrive before the flight departure time so that all the necessary formalities can be completed and, in any case, within the time limit for check-in. Different airports have different check-in deadlines.

Hand and Hold Luggage Allowance

The baggage allowance shown on the ticket allows you to check in a limited number of bags. In addition to the baggage allowance, there will be a surcharge for any luggage that exceeds it, or for special items. There is a weight limit of 32 kg per item. There must be safeguards in place for checked baggage, and it must be able to withstand normal handling. In the hold baggage, it is not recommended to include valuables, jewelry, identity documents, or electronic devices. Identifiable tags must be attached to checked baggage by the passenger.

Classes of service and seats

For an additional fee, passengers can select their seats at the time of booking at Aeroitalia Flight. Seats will be allocated free of charge to passengers who do not select a seat during check-in. A seat may be assigned or reassigned at any time, including after boarding, for operational and safety reasons.

For operational or safety reasons, a Passenger is entitled to a refund of the cost of his or her booked seat if the flight is canceled or the seat is reallocated to another category.

Services on Board 

The Carrier's prior and explicit acceptance of the transportation of pets accompanying the Passenger is required in order to allow their carriage. During the course of each flight, passengers may bring a maximum of two pets with them. It is a legal requirement that certain types of pets cannot be carried on Aeroitalia Flight.
